	Physical Site Survey’s
	Telecom Inventory will audit your site with our standard process for identifying all of your voice lines, trunks and circuits at your site. Our technicians which are available anywhere in the United States, and soon expanding to Canada, UK and several additional European and Asian countries, will capture all of the information in an excel document, update the identification labels on site, and trace the function of each line to ensure accurate records. The pricing for this service is flat rated based on the number of lines on a per location basis. We can very cost effectively survey anywhere from 1 to 10,000 sites.
	CSR/Invoice Analysis
	CSR/Invoice analysis helps capture the telecom companies view of inventory. This analysis helps identify gaps in actual vs billed services and gives a baseline for those who do not want to spend the money for a physical audit.
	Phone Call Reconciliation
	Phone call reconcillation provides a base line to identify lines on the CSR, invoice or existing internal inventory if those lines are in service or disconnected.
	Ongoing Inventory Manager
	The cornerstone of TI Capture, our ongoing inventory manager function acts as a provisioning center for all of your telecom needs. TI Capture – Voice will enable your employees to have a single spot to order voice services. Our processes reconcile each request to the inventory to ensure there are not existing services in place capable of handling the service. In addition we provide an approval process within your firm before we place any orders with the service provider . This ensures an accurate inventory is always maintained for your telecom services and that you are not installing any services that are not needed or desired.
