Service Hours

Telecom Inventory offers software support Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard time.


In the event that a support specialist is not available clients can leave a detailed message regarding the issue and a Support Specialist returns their call within eight hours or less, based upon the urgency of the issue.


All support calls are logged in the Telecom Inventory Support Ticket System.

Telecom Inventory offers extended Software Support services outside of standard business hours.

 
Software Support
Telecom Inventory provides customers with services in support of its suite of network management products. Support services are provided only to those employees of the customer who have attended the appropriate training classes.
 
Hardware Support
Telecom Inventory provides the client with hardware support for all of the hardware purchased from Telecom Inventory Support services are provided only to those employees of the client who have attended the appropriate training classes.
